Every business is different, so we implement Konstrukt by holding several workshops with you & your team. During the workshops you define your planning process, then afterwards we set up Konstrukt as needed. Within just a few days the system is up and running, but configured just for you.

Implementing Konstrukt

Introductory Workshop
We hold a 3hr workshop at your business to define your planning process. After the workshop we set up Konstrukt based on your needs.
Detail Workshops
We hold further workshops depending on the complexity of your planning process and how much you want to change your existing process. Typically we hold 2-4 workshops in total.
Acceptance
After each workshop you review the setup and discuss any desired changes. Once it's working as required you can get started.
Rollout
We assist closely with your first planning round using Konstrukt to make sure the process runs smoothly.
